Processing

Orders are carefully packed within 1–3 business days. Hardcovers get extra corner protection, wax seals get bubble-wrapped like museum artifacts, and e-reader cases are fitted snugly so they don’t shift. Weekends? We’re reading.

Domestic USA (all states)

Free shipping? Yep—spend $35 and we cover the postage. No promo code needed; we just appreciate your taste.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shelves. Follow its journey—we do too.

If your package goes missing

Standard shipments: allow 10 business days before you panic. Then email us—we’ll trace it, replace it, or send a handwritten apology (sealed with wax, naturally).

Address mistakes

Double-check your address. If you catch a typo within 1 hour of ordering, email us and we’ll fix it. After that, it’s in the system—but we’ll still try our best, because we’re not monsters.

International?

Not at the moment—we’re perfecting our domestic shipping first. But stay tuned; we’d love to send wax seals across oceans someday.
